For lodging guests, grill kits can be purchased which can be used on the grills outside one’s cabin at the resort (see list of cabins that have outside grills).
Grilling Kit: Beast Burger, $55 (serves 2 people)
- Two 1/2 lb burgers of ground elk, bison, wagyu and wild boar on a brioche bun, with choice of bacon tomato jam and cheese OR brandy peppercorn sauce and sautéed onions.
- Seasonal vegetables for grilling
- Kale apple salad
- 2 KML beer can glasses
Provided in a picnic basket, with plates, silverware, tin foil, charcoal bag, and grilling utensils (e.g. grilling fork, grilling spatula, grilling tongs)
Grilling Kit: Veggie Kabob, $50 (serves 2 people)
- Bell peppers, squash, red onions, and mushrooms — marinaded in a special KML recipe, on skewers
- Flatbread or tortillas
- Bean-corn-tomato salad
- House-made hummus dip and corn chips
- 2 KML beer can glasses

In addition, we provide wine bottle kits.
Wine Bottle Kit, $40
A bottle of red or white wine, with 2 KML stemless wine glasses (you get to keep the wine glasses)
