2020 Mother’s Day Lunch Menu

[ This event has been cancelled due to the uncertainty with the State of Michigan’s mandates that are being issued in association with the health concerns in the world at this time. As such, we do not know if we will be able to hold a glorious Mother’s Day event in May at the Lodge, and have made the decision to cancel the Mother’s Day activities.  ]

On Sunday, May 10, 2020, we will be celebrating Mother’s Day at the Keweenaw Mountain Lodge with a lunch menu created by Chef Widad and garnered by Food and Beverage Lead, Julie Blackstone — both which are lovely mothers themselves.

The menu is simple and rustic, while marrying history with the future of our food at the Lodge.  This is a wonderful event to honor the mother’s in our lives. Lunch sittings start at 11am and will conclude at 4pm.

Reservations can be made starting April 16th for the lunch, or you can book the Mother’s Day Weekend package now, which includes reservations for the Mother’s Day lunch.

The price of the lunch is $45 for a 5 course meal. You pick 1 appetizer, 1 soup, 1 salad, 1 entree, and 1 dessert. A separate menu will be provided for children 12 and under at a price of $10.

Below is the description of the food items that will be offered for the Mother’s Day lunch. The items are subject to change based upon availability of the ingredients at the time of the event.

Our kitchen is a shared kitchen, so we are not 100% Gluten Free. However, we take the utmost care in providing options for our gluten free guests.

A Children’s Menu will be available for ages 12 and under.
