Hole 8

Hole No. 8 is a manageable par-4, but the design is longer than it looks due to the slight left bend in the fairway. From the tee box, the crest of the fairway and distant tree line can lead you to believe the green is just over the hill when you still have over 150 yards to go! A narrowing fairway leads to the smallest green on the course.

The men’s tee box is adjacent to the left rough from Hole No. 1 and includes a protective barrier from errant golf shots. The women’s tee is located directly in front.

HOLE TIP:

Keep your ball in play and avoid the dense rough. You’ll have little chance at par hitting from the trees. Long hitters can draw their tee shot around the corner but risk hitting the treetops. The small green and minimal fringe leaves little room for chipping.
