2024 Perseid Meteor Shower Viewing Party

Join the OAC team on Hole 4 of the golf course for a Perseid Meteor Shower viewing party. Please feel free to bring lawn chairs and/or blankets.  Between 50 – 100 meteors per hour are predicted after midnight. 

Meet at the OAC at 11:00pm to walk out to the viewing area on Hole 4 of the golf course. Please see map below..

We suggest bringing warm clothing, a red flashlight, bug spray and a good attitude. In 2023 it was cloudy at the start of the event and then cleared up for a spectacular show. Please note the the grass did get wet with dew during last year’s event.
