The Tasting Post @ the Lodge is an inspiration from the purpose of a trading post: a place where goods and services are traded between people from different geographic locations. In our case, we are using the restaurant area as a place where rustic and worldly foods are being served to the customers who want to experience recipes from around the world, but with the Lodge’s twist on it. Changing the name from trading post to tasting post (a place where people taste foods from different geographic locations). The 1930s wooden structure of the lodge in a wilderness area also adds the wooden cabin vibe for the customers to experience.
