Winter Lunches

Lunches are ordered by 11am and served between 12pm and 2pm.

During the 2024-2025 Winter (December 15, 2024 – March 31, 2025) we will be offering lodging guests the option for lunch, dine-in only. The meals follow our rustic worldly food niche and are made from scratch.

Below is the schedule for the lunches, which are available between 12pm and 2pm. The lunches are to be ordered in advance, with the latest time to order being 11am the same day. 


Mondays and Thursdays

Calzone (Italian- & Lebanese-influence) : lamb and beef kofta and roasted potatoes.  Served with house-made crackers and a dip.

Tuesdays and Fridays

Quesabirria Tacos (Mexican-influence) birria-style meat folded into a tortilla with cheese seasoned with onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Served with a cabbage salad with a chimichurri herbal dressing.

Wednesdays and Saturdays

Stir-fry Pork Wrap, with house-made Asian sauce  (Asian-influence) : pork loin stir-fried with carrots and mushroom, dressed with a house-made Asian sauce. Served with a soup.

The following Vegetarian option is available Mondays – Saturdays:

Mediterranean Vegetarian Wrap (Greek-influence) : chickpea spread topped with roasted vegetables, lettuce, and feta cheese. Served with house-made crackers and a dip. (Vegetarian)


Important Note:

Each lunch ordered and a person does not show will be billed to your cabin reservation invoice (@ $15+tax per lunch).
