During the 2024-2025 Winter (December 15, 2024 – March 31, 2025) we will be offering lodging guests the option for take-out dinners. The meals follow our rustic worldly food niche and are made from scratch.
Below is the schedule for the dinners, which are available to be picked up between 5pm and 6pm, and taken back to one’s cabin to eat. The dinners are to be ordered in advance, preferably at least 24 hours in advance, with the latest time to order being 11am the same day.
Mondays and Thursdays
Carnitas Pasta (Fusion Mexican- and Italian-influence) : Low and slow braised Pork shoulder. At service, shredded pork is seared in cast iron with mushroom, bell pepper, onions, and KML BBQ sauce. Served on pasta.
Tuesdays and Fridays
Peri Peri Chicken (Portuguese-influence) : ½ chicken, roasted with spices. Served with a side of roasted potatoes with caramelized onions.
Wednesdays and Saturdays
Kofta Kebab (Lebanese-influence) : Ground beef with onion, parsley and spices. Served on Turmeric and cilantro rice.
The following Vegetarian option is available Mondays – Saturdays:
Ratatouille Pasta (Fusion French- and Italian-influence) : Pasta topped with vegetables simmered in marinara sauce. Includes bread rolls. (Vegetarian).
Important Note:
Each dinner ordered and is not picked up on time will be billed to your cabin reservation invoice (@ $20+tax per dinner).
