About Counter Methods
John and Nahli Curtis are a father daughter duo on a mission to spread the stoke behind empowering young female athletes.
Counter Methods is a documentary that gives an insider look at an epic adventure to the furthest most reaches of Michigan’s U.P, the Keweenaw Peninsula, and Midwest powder Mecca Mount Bohemia.
The story covers topics like:
- 20 days living in a school bus.
- 3 Great Lakes.
- 80+ inches of snow.
- Homeschooling.
- Raising self sufficient kids.
- Chasing your dreams.
- Friendship.
- Deep powder days.
- Earning your turns.
- Togetherness.
In a day and age where humans spend 50% of their days staring at a screen… Counter Methods challenges viewers to be MORE involved with their children, to encourage their passions and connect on a tangible level.
But that’s not it, there’s and elephant in this room… Women are still fighting for equality across the globe. An issue that affects society as a whole. Counter Methods takes a strong look at what it takes to flip the script on gender inequality through constant encouragement support.
